Alternatively please print, complete and drop the form in to the main school office between 08.30am and 3.30pm - Monday to Friday (term time only)

Paper copies are also available from the office.

Parents will be contacted during the half term prior to the requested start date to confirm the space and receive the welcome/information pack. 

If it is necessary for a waiting list to be started, parents will be notified. 

Places on offer

3 Years universal funded places - 15 hours per week

30 hour funded places - limited spaces

Nursery Timings

Morning sessions - 8.45am to 11.45am

Afternoon sessions - 12.15pm to 3.15pm

(30 hour funded spaces 8.45am to 2.45pm) 

(15 hour funded spaces over 2.5 days possible subject to availability)
